Erica is an experienced Practice Manager and brings over 15 years of experience to Rana Facial Plastic Surgery. She focuses on patient care and strives to give patients the best possible experience from start to finish. Her extensive knowledge of Plastic Surgery and positive attitude helps lead the Rana Facial Plastic Surgery team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her son, trying out new recipes, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
Beth assists Dr. Rana with our in-office procedures and pre/post-operative patient care. She has extensive medical experience in aesthetics and dermatology, delivering high quality care while developing close rapport with patients. She finds it incredibly rewarding and fulfilling when she sees patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Beth is originally from Illinois and happily married with two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and running.
Devon is an experienced medical assistant coming from a strong background of plastic surgery and dermatology experience. She will guide you through your appointment, assist Dr. Rana with various procedures, and answers any questions along the way. She goes to great length to ensure every interaction with patients is met with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth. Devon is a native Texas girl who enjoys spending time with her daughter and puppy, church activities, working out, traveling, and discovering new places.
Belinda manages the patient experience from initial visits, phone calls, scheduling, ongoing support and social media . She has a passion for patient care. She loves going on the journey with each patient and seeing their excitement at the final stage. She’s had experience in Plastic Surgery for the past 6 years. She loves expanding her knowledge in the medical field. She grew up in East Texas and has resided in McKinney since 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys travel overseas, volunteering with babies at her local church, her neighborhood Book Club and spending time with friends at music venues, wineries, and restaurants. She’s always up for a challenge and new experiences!
Bridgette serves as our patients’ first point of contact, beginning with consultation and continuing through each step of your journey before and after surgery. She is passionate about helping others receive impactful results and feels that self-confidence is life changing. She strives to be encouraging, compassionate and develop meaningful relationships with patients while delivering excellent and thorough care. She is excited to bring her knowledge and passion to patients to help them reach their aesthetic goals. Bridgette enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and two sons, biking, reading and traveling.
